  5. Move in – Complete your move-in walk through and receive your keys.

    Many of our homes are pet friendly, with owner approval and applicable fees. 
  2. When is rent due?
    Rent is due on the first of each month. Payment options vary by property and will be disclosed up front.
  3. How long does the approval process take?
    Most applications are processed within 7 business days once all documents are submitted.
  4. What do I need to apply?
    A completed application, photo ID, proof of income, and the application fee if applicable.

Gina Butler has more than 20 years of experience in real estate, with a strong focus on property management. She has earned both her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) designations through the Institute of Real Estate Management, and even served as President of IREM’s Greater Nashville Chapter.


Her background covers every part of property management, from tenant screening and lease agreements to maintenance coordination and financial reporting. Gina’s approach is hands-on, detail-oriented, and rooted in clear communication.
